Synopsis

"Stroitel" club was once a successful team, and its owner dreamed of one day having the chance to move beyond its current league and earn a place in the KHL. But the players and coaching staff have fallen into a deep slump, leaving the team at the bottom of the standings with no way out. Now, it seems easier to shut down the club and its arena altogether. Losing faith in the team's chances of turning things around on the ice, "Stroitel's" owner appoints a figure skating coach as the club's director.The club's survival now depends on whether the former skater can unite the players, forge a bond between the team and its fans, who are considered the equivalent of a sixth player on the ice, and become the club's "seventh player" by finding success from behind the management desk.
