By accessing or using Geek Calendar you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

Geek Calendar aggregates and displays information about events and related content. We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features may change, be discontinued, or be limited to certain user profiles.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping credentials secure.

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe third-party rights, distribute malware or spam, post illegal or hateful content, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

By submitting events, text, images, or other materials you represent you have the right to share them and grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and promote them as needed to run the platform.

We may refuse, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms, the law, or internal policies, without prior notice when reasonable.

The self-serve ad program has a base price of BRL 50.00 per month (1–12 months), with volume discounts: 10% from 3 months, 20% from 6 months, and 30% for 12 months. The final amount is charged after editorial approval via Stripe Checkout; ads go live after payment is confirmed.

Ads must comply with applicable law, must not mislead users, and must not contain illegal, offensive, or malicious content. Destination links are the advertiser’s responsibility.

We may refuse, pause, or remove ads that violate these Terms or internal policies. View and click metrics are provided in good faith; minor technical variance may occur.

Refunds are assessed case by case via contato@geekcalendar.com.br, subject to applicable law.

Geek Calendar branding, layout, code, and original content are protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited except with express permission.

Event information is provided by organizers and third parties; we do not guarantee perfect accuracy of dates, venues, or prices. Always confirm with the official event source.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geek Calendar is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law shall apply.

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use after material changes may constitute acceptance.
